How did you get on with yesterday’s question? Simple, but deep.
Today’s question may feel a bit uncomfy – the intention is to enhance your self-compassion focus even further.
My invitation to you is to take this question, let it become comfortable in your mind, heart and soul, and observe what answers you receive in reply.
Then at some point in the day, give yourself some quiet time, uninterruptible privacy, pen and journal, and write your thoughts and feelings. Just for you.
How’s your self-compassion focus?
How does it impact you when you don’t allow yourself to take care of you, and instead do some people-pleasing?
Yup. That’s it for today. See you tomorrow.
Here’s a wee remind of the previous questions:
Day 4: How do you already give yourself self-compassion?
Day 5: How do you feel when you’ve consciously given yourself self-compassion?
Day 6: What gets in the way of you giving yourself even a tiny sprinkly sparkle of self-compassion?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on all of this, and any of your questions. Email me: firstname.lastname@example.org; alternatively visit me on Facebook: Trudy Arthurs, the Compassionate Confidence Specialist.
