As your coach I will listen, really listen, to the words you say, the language you’re using, the themes of your chosen explorations.  I’ll be attentive to what you’re not saying, observing your body language.  My support will be attentive, focused, non-judgemental and agenda-free.

I will offer you questions, challenges and reflections, all with the intention of helping you to a place of clarity, action and success.

I don’t tell you what to do.  You know your situation, story and circumstances – I don’t.  I simply you the unconditional, non-judgemental space to look at your challenge, given your situation and circumstances – and create your own options.  We then explore and evaluate those options.
